2010 Wisconsin Social Media Survey Results are now available!

A well-executed social media strategy can make a remarkable difference in sales for any business. A poorly executed strategy can land a company in hot water and leave a legacy that lasts forever in cyberspace. It’s no wonder that professional service providers, particularly accountants and attorneys, have questions about how to use social media for business development purposes. In addition to the usual concerns of most business owners – communication styles, understanding the tools, and keeping up with the day-to-day work – professional service providers must also deal with confidentiality and regulatory issues governing communication.

Although these issues are critical to accountants and attorneys, they should be important to any business. That’s why Clear Verve Marketing and McGrath Marketing Associates set out to study the social media landscape in the professional services world. We felt that if professional service providers were willing to share their experiences, we could all learn from each other and perhaps solve common problems.
